CHAODA VALVES GROUP Co., Ltd was established in 1984, with two specialized manufacturing plants and one foundry plant, around 500 employees, of which 128 are engineer and technician. CHAODA is a specialized manufacturer of industrial steel valve according to API, ASME, EN, ISO, JIS, DIN, BS, GOST & GB standards. The product includes Ball Valve, Gate Valve, Check Valve, Globe Valve and other special valves that are widely applied in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and power generation industries. As the reliable supplier on quality and service, CHAODA VALVE won great reputations from the customers in Europe, America, Japan, Middle East, South East Asia, Russia and other countries.
CHAODA VALVE launched its quality management and safety system as ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and awarded API 6D, API 600, API 607, API 6FA, CE/PED approvals for the product.
CHAODA established a multi-functional phys-chemical lab to further supervise the quality time to time, and fit out spectrum analyzer, portable spectrograph (PMI), mass spectrometer, induction furnace infrared carbon, sulfur analysis gauge, material tester, impact tester, spring tester, hardness meter, thickness meter, magnetic particle tester and NDE testing equipment, and also other testing facilities for valve torque, service life, flowing capability, low temperature application, low leakage and pressure test.
On innovation side, besides 15 patented valve designs, there are around 100 new products that developed by CHAODA dedicated research team by 35 professional engineers in each year.
Upon the continues increase on customers demand, CHAODA invested a more effective control line with Germany HECKERT machining center, CNC lathe, CNC miller, CNC driller, plasma spray welder, auto painting & drying machine and ultrasonic cleaner, and the max. Machining ability reached 4000mm. The connectable solid warehouse system from parts to finished good ensures the production flow can be alternative by vary demand.
Along with the rapid growth in business, CHAODA invested 3.2 million RMB constructed its information management system on PDM and ERP that integrated increase the ability from innovation, quality control and management.
