Jinan Emerson MFG is specializing in aluminum permanent mold casting, our products are mainly in various auto brake valves and motor housing, engine intake manifold, irrigation pipe couplers, skateboard trucks and various of aluminum castings. Our main casting material is aluminum A356, 380, 319 with T6 heat treatment process. CNC lathe and CNC milling machine are used for machining to get close dimension tolerance and fine finish. Various of surface finish can be made on the castings, such as oxidation, powder coating, painting and polishing. Our long-term oversea market sales experience help us to understand customer′s products well and keep our quality consistently.
