This filter cartridge sealing rubber ring delivers excellent sealing and high adhesion, creating a tight, seamless connection between the cartridge and equipment to minimize dust inflow and prevent leakage, boosting filtration system stability. Crafted from premium aging- and wear-resistant material, it offers a long service life, cuts maintenance costs, ensures a clean, compliant production environment, and guarantees reliable, efficient operation of your dust collection system.

Engineered with high-strength metal reinforcement mesh on both inner and outer sides, our filter media features a rugged "steel skeleton". The outer diamond mesh fixes pleat spacing to prevent over-expansion during pulse cleaning, while the thickened inner perforated core resists collapse under high negative pressure. This dual-protection structure ensures structural stability in extreme conditions, optimizes airflow distribution, and balances durability with high-efficiency filtration.

Our filter cartridges made with high-precision folding technology, feature deeper pleats and higher folding density, increasing filtration area by 30%-50% in the same volume. The deep-pleat design lowers filtration velocity, reducing dust abrasion on the media. This high-density structure delivers ultra-large dust-holding capacity, cutting operational resistance and pulse cleaning frequency, thus extending replacement cycles and lowering energy costs.
