JDL Safety is an ISO9001 and BSCI certified manufacturer of personal protective gloves with more than 13 years′ professional experiences in Nantong city, China.
Founded in 2007, the factory covers an area of 70, 000 and has staffs nearly 351. We mainly produce dipping gloves with different knitted materials, covering PU/Latex/Nitrile dipping, with our own R&D lab which has a first class innovation team and Independent Intellectual Property Rights of our products.
Now we′ve 17 different dipping lines and the whole capacity is nearly 70.53 mil pairs per year. In response to the increasingly high environmental protection requirements, we have a complete set of waste water and waste gas collection and treatment equipment, we have our own Liquefied Natural Gas Station which is fulfilled the environmental requirements of Chinese government. Besides we′ve finished our new waste water treatment station which has capacity of 1, 600 T/day.
We have a professional R & D team, with our strong R&D technique, we′ve got patent products all over the world, our inner lab has equipment for whole EN388, ANSI cut test, as well as equipment for testing water resistance, slip resistance and grip, etc.
Total turnover of our factory in 2019 was USD$22 mil. And we′re growing fast.
