Product Description
Suitable for semiautomatic and automatic screen printing machine. It has excellent printing performance. LED curing with fast drying speed, environmental protection energy saving low taste or tasteless, good flexibility. After baking, the object with excellent adhesion. Good water resistance and wine soaking performance.
Product Characteristic:
Foil undercoat/primer: Suitable for wine bottle.metal,metal paint,sport equipment,etc.
Good flexibility. Good printing of plate,relief, thick plate effect printing. Can be chosen of the hot stamping temperature between 80-120 degrees. It has good adhesive with foil, without fade color and no crack.Good water resistance and wine soaking performance.
Wine bottle series object,backing in 170 degrees for 20 minutes that will have good adhesive. It can resistance in 220 degrees for 30 minutes and won't turn in yellow.
Foil covercoat/varnish: Suitable for wine bottle.metal,metal paint,sport equipment,etc.
Good flexibility. It has good adhesive in foil and layer of the ink. Suitable for isolate varnish.Good water resistance and good wine soaking performance.

Covercoat for mixing powder
Application: Suitable for wine bottle, metal, lacquer, sports equipment.

DT Color Ink
Equipped with spot color, transparent color and dot 4 color. Excellent printing adaptability and good flexibility. It is good to match use with covercoat ,which water-resistant and alcohol-resistant soaking in good performance.
Undercoat
Suitable for helmet, wood, plastic, carbon fiber, bicycle frame, etc. Use with the ink to increase the adhesive. Suitable for low temperature in 70-150 ºC, baking in low temperature that has excellent adhesion. Applicable to positive and reverse water stickers.
DT medium Varnish
Application: Isolation of non-stamping ink coating.
Characteristics:It is not affected by normal or high temperature hot stamping and not adsorb the foil.It has excellent adhesion between the ink and the foil undercoat.Good flexibility, excellent printing performance and good transparency.
It can resistant in 190 degrees for 30 minutes and won't turn in yellow.
Diluent: please use special diluent,add about 5%; Special anti-foam leveling agent,add about 1-3%.
Installation Instructions
Printing and drying:
LED curing in wavelength of 395nm
LED curing parameter: 6000mW/cm²or more(Thick screen frame and dark color need test)
