With the English wheel from MSW's professional tools you can process sheets with a thickness of up to 1.2 mm easily and precisely. To do this fit the upper roller holder with one of the three positive moulds and the lower one with the corresponding die and draw joints or frets into the sheet using the crank. For common applications the scope of delivery includes three pairs of flanged rollers (1.5 mm 3 mm 6 mm) as well as three pairs of bead rollers (4 mm 6 mm 7.5 mm).

Sophisticated hand tools with extensive accessories: The flanging machine from MSW

The roll extension machine works mechanically via a hand crank. This drives the two feeders with a feed width of 460 mm. The rotary movement pulls the sheets into the beading machine and at the same time deforms them in the desired way. Thanks to the long handle length you only need a little muscle power to process a large amount of sheet metal without tiring.

The beading machine for sheet metal itself is made of chrome steel.
