Plastic profile extrusion machine features
Plastic profile extrusion machine can produce various shapes of plastic profile products, including but not limited to:

1.Building materials such as PVC window frames, door frames, wall corners, floors, ceilings, partition boards, etc.
2.Packaging materials such as PE/PP pipes, sheets, films, nets, containers, buckets, boxes, etc.

3.Consumer goods such as ABS/PS/LDPE car interiors, household appliance shells, toys, stationery, shoe materials, mats, etc.

4.PVC/PE drainage pipes, cables conduits, and other pipeline materials.

5.PVC/PE irrigation pipes, sewage pipes and other agricultural and environmental protection materials

6.This line consists of a screw feeder, a conical twin-screw extruder, a T-die, a vacuum setting table, a haul-off machine, a cutting machine and a stacker.

Since the plastic profile extrusion machine has adjustable molds and extruders, it can customize various shapes of plastic profile products according to customer requirements, which is relatively flexible.

Product Details

Extruder:

This PVC/WPC profile extrusion line adopt conic twin screw extruder, which has degassing system to ensure the excellent material plasticization. The mold and calibrator adopt wearable material; the haul-off machine and cutter machine could be designed as complete unit or separate machine.

 

Extrusion Mould: 

Spiral type die head will ensure high speed extrusion and avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality PVC soft profiles. There is heating control system inside of the mould, high efficient, easy to extrude. Bronze calibrators can make the PVC profiles fast calibrated and cooled. 

Spraying and cooling tank: 

Rapid calibrating system allows the hot extruded PVC frofile to be cooled in a very short time and obtain the final size. Automatic temperature control system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve greatly enhance the sizing and cooling performance as well as the production speed. 

Haul off machine: 

Adopts caterpillar type suitable for different sizes of pipes. Haul off caterpillar blocks are made of abrasion resistant rubber material, which can make a high and stable hauling speed. 

 

Cutting machine: 

Precision machine cutter is able to make flat, straight cuts at high speed. A powerful suction device gathers up waste scraps after cutting, thereby making it easier for users to clean the cutter. 
 

 

Stacking or coiler: 

Automatic stacking with fixed length
