Guchuang (Huai'an) New Material Co., Ltd. is an innovative enterprise producing nylon color spinning new materials. It is located in Lianshui County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province. It has a full-factor transportation system of highway, railway, water and air, and the transportation is very convenient.
The company was formerly known as Zhejiang Guchuang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., which was established in 2010. In the past 13 years, the company has continued to innovate and breakthrough. In 2019, the annual sales exceeded 300 million yuan. While achieving brilliant performance, in order to meet the ever-expanding production demand, to serve customers all over the world better and faster. In 2022, in Huai'an, Jiangsu, we will newly establish Guchuang (Huai'an) New Materials Co., Ltd. As a leading manufacturer of high-quality nylon yarn in China, the factory covers an area of 52, 000 square meters, adopts ERP management system, has ISO9001 certificates, and introduces advanced equipment such as BARMAG from Germany and TMT from Japan. Before leaving the factory, the products have passed 8 QC process inspections to achieve the good color matching, high color fastness, uniform color quality, and low damage rate.
The company's main products are nylon dyed POY, FDY, DTY, nylon-covered yarn, polyester-covered yarn, etc. The products developed by the company are widely used in nylon gloves, socks, sportswear, fancy yarn, lace, ribbon, circular knitting machine, wool yarn, knitted fabric. The company has been committed to the R&D and production of dye-free nylon technology, and has developed a series of one-step dye-free colored fiber technology and functional fibers. One-step dye-free nylon fiber has the advantages of no pollution, uniform coloring, strong color fastness, less end breakage after weaving, energy saving and consumption reduction, and environmental protection. The dye-free cost is 30%-50% lower than the dyeing price; Functional fibers have far Infrared heating, promoting blood circulation, anti-ultraviolet radiation, conductive radiation protection, antibacterial and antistatic, moisture absorption and perspiration, magnetic therapy health care, cool feeling and other functions.
