--Main components-- The motor performance test bench consists of a training bench, a new energy vehicle battery pack, three commonly used motors (permanent magnet synchronous, AC asynchronous, hub motor) and their supporting motor controllers, an accelerator pedal, a gear shifter, a digital voltage and current meter, a tachometer, a torque meter, a power meter, and other modules.
--Main functions 1. The device can simulate the motor state of an electric vehicle under constant speed, acceleration, deceleration, uphill and downhill conditions, and the operation is consistent with that of a real electric vehicle. 2. The training platform can display the dynamic parameters of the motor during rotation, such as voltage, current, torque, speed, power, etc. 3. The upper computer software for motor testing can display the variation curves of motor torque, speed, and power over a period of time, and can intuitively display the changes of these parameters during motor acceleration and deceleration. 4. The equipment is equipped with a fault assessment device, which can be used to set faults in the circuit.
