Liquid xanthan gum

Instant xanthan gum (SXG)

Instant xanthan gum refers to adding additives to xanthan gum fermentation mash, reacting at 28°C for 4 hours, extracting by ethanol precipitation method and making particles with a particle size of 80 mesh.

Ordinary xanthan gum (XG)

Ordinary xanthan gum is fermented in an automatic fermentation tank using starch as raw material. After 72 hours of fermentation, the xanthan gum is extracted by ethanol precipitation method and dried and crushed to obtain the sample.
