Wuxi kewangda forging factory is established in 1995, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in manufacturing wheel, gear wheel, chain wheel, output gear shaft, valve body, valve bonnet, elevator shaft, DTH gear shaft, etc. Our productions have been applied in many industrial fields, such as wind power, port crane, gantry crane, ship unloader, nuclear, reducer drilling products, etc.
Our company is well-appointed and the tooling advanced and has independent R&D capacity. It is equipped with 560kg, 1-ton, 2-ton forging hammer, 1600-ton, 2000-ton hydraulic press, 5m ring rolls, 5 sets of automatic control reheating furnaces. The through output is up to 50000 tons. Besides common measuring tool, there are also infrared pyrometer, ultrasonic flaw detection magnetic particle inspection, spectrometer as well as instruments and meters for chemical composition analysis, microstructure analysis, tensile testing, impact testing, etc. Well meet customers′ demands.
