Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group the Branch of Activated Carbon Company Limited is a national enterprise, which centralizes scientific research, production and trade of activated carbon. The headquarters locates in Longhu Economic Development Zone, DaWuKou District, Shizuishan City, Ningxia. The transportation is extremely convenient. The company was founded in June 2004. It combined with three senior activated carbon factories(former Ningxia Taixi Activated Carbon Factory, Yinchuan Lanqiya Activated Carbon Co., Ltd, Ningxia Chunyuan Environment al materials Co., Ltd. ) It covers 1.5 million square meters, possesses a research and develop center, four offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu, a trade company (Lingzhou Foreign Trade Co., Ltd). It produces and sells 10000 tons activated carbon every year, the first plant project 50000 tons is constructing now, including 6000 tons has been produced. The company owns over 700 employees, 90 special technicians. It is not only contacting and cooperating with colleges and research institutes in domestic, but appointing some professors and experts as technical counselors. It has strong economic basis and technical power in the field of production and application of activated carbon. The high-density activated carbon for controlling the volatilization of petrol is popular with the customers.
