The VSG-24 24KV Draw-out Type Vacuum Circuit Breaker, manufactured by Yueqing Liyond Electric Co., Ltd., is designed for use in 24kv power systems. This indoor switchgear type VSG vacuum circuit breaker serves as a reliable protection and control unit for power equipment in industrial and mining enterprises. It is ideal for switching various loads and can handle frequent operations, including breaking short-circuit currents.
The product features a new type of circuit breaker with the option to use international brands for embedded poles. The vacuum interrupter and main circuit parts are securely sealed together, providing protection against collisions, dust, and other environmental factors. This design enhances the breaker's durability, reduces maintenance costs, and ensures a maintenance-free operation.
The VSG-24 circuit breaker has undergone rigorous testing, achieving E2 level and M2 level mechanical electrical life ratings. It is suitable for installation in environments with ambient temperatures ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC and humidity levels not exceeding 95% on average per day and 90% per month. The product is also designed to withstand earthquake intensities up to 8 degrees and can operate at altitudes up to 1000m above sea level.
For optimal performance, the VSG-24 should be installed in locations free from fire, explosion, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and violent VS1 ration.
