Advanced 6½-digit built-in DMM provides better accuracy and faster measurement speed Capable of measuring ultra-low currents (1 μA dc 100 μA ac) and higher resistances New auto-calibration feature compensates for internal drift due to time and temperature changes 3497XA compliance tests, program and configuration, and all modules have been updated to further improve switching speed and measurement accuracy New DAQM900A solid-state multiplexer scans up to 450 ch/s
