Q2: Could you provide samples ?
Yes, we are happy to send you free samples,we can provide dummy sample as your requirement.
Q3: What is sample time and mass production time ?
Usually, sample time is about 3 days for existing sample, 5 days for dummy, 7-9 days for digital printed samples.
Q4: What color printing you can provide ?
We can provide full color (CMYK printing) , PMS color printing, Neon color, golden and silver printing.
Q5: What size can you provide ?
OEM is acceptable, ODM is also workable. So any size is available even irregular size.
Q6: What kind of machines do you have ?
Two sets of Heidelberg 4C/5C printers, three Auto playing cards sorting machines, 8 Die-cutting machines, 2 sets of auto-box folding and gluing machine, one lamination machine etc.
Q7: Where is your factory located ? How can i visit there ?
we can arrange the car to pick you up at the air port if needed, welcome to visit us.
Or we could help buy high speed railway tickets and pick you up at the railway station.
Q8: What is the MOQ for your product ?
Our MOQ can be 500pcs if you can accept the minimum plate charge .
Q9: What information should I give you if I want to get a quotation ?
-size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
-material and surface finish (We could advise if you're not sure)
-printing colors (could quote 4C if you're not sure)
-quantity and how many assortments
-package info
-similar pictures of the products will be much more helpful for better understanding.
Q10: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
We have very strict inspection rules, each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipment , we have completed inspection report for each order for tracing back at any time. If the quality problem caused by our part, we will be responsible for it and talk to you what is the best way to solve. If there is a loss because of us, we will talk about the compensation to reduce your loss.
