Product Description

DMH is colorless crystalline or white crystalline or granular powder, odorless, sweet, hygroscopic and easily soluble in water. The molecular formula is C6H12O6. At 20ºC, the highest concentration of a single glucose solution is 50%, and the viscosity increases with the rise of temperature.

DMH is widely used in food baking industry for the production of second pop, sweets, biscuits and cakes, etc. It can also be used as a raw material for the production of polymeric glucose products, which are generally used as low-calorie expansion agents in diet food. DMH is also as the coats and increasing the sweetens of chewing gum and bubble gum.
DMH is widely used for the pharmaceutical also and as the raw material to produce VC grade sorbitol product.
DMH, as a medium - carbon source for fermentation industry, is used to produce various food and pharmaceutical products (such as leucine, isoleucine and other amino acids).
