Our company mainly produces various plastic valve moulds and plastic pipe fittings moulds in different materials.
We possess a great number of senior technical personnel who are experienced in designing pipe fittings and valve moulds for years, among them, some have worked more than 20 years, and therefore we are able to keep the leading position in the industry. The product design is undertaken by using world-level advanced graphics software, and the production adopts special quality steel materials and standard mould bases. Using the first-class equipment, the company has set up various quality control points on different levels for ensuing mould′s accuracy and lifetime.
The company owns a large quantity of customers both at home and abroad including customers from the markets of America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa, etc. We will provide all the customers with high-quality mould products according to their requirements whatever they are big customers or not.
Customized products as required by drawings or samples are accepted.
1. Single/double Union valves, check valves, membrane valves, bottom valves, gate valves, locking valves, deflation valves, water taps, etc. Made of ABS, U-PVC, C-PVC, PP-R, PE, PE-RT, POM and other materials;
2. Moulds like flange, flexible connector, multifunctional repairing connector, water supply and sewerage pipe fittings moulds, etc.;
3. The company provides the one-stop service from raw material supply to manufacturing technique supply;
4. The company also provides the processing of plastic products.
