SILK SCREEN PRINTING GLASS

Ceramic fritted glass, also called silk screen printing glass.

It is produced by silk screen (or roller) printing ceramic frit paints onto glass followed by drying and heat-treating to form a permanent coating.After printing, make the furnace to a temperature of 520 ~ 600 °C and heat the glass to fix glass pigment and toughened the glass. If polishing, engraving, etching and other methods before printing or printing on the glass surface after processing, can be doubly improved printing results. Due to this kind of glass can occupy different colors and pattern according to the designers' inspiration, it is now widely used for facade wall, railing,balustrate, and other decorative places.
