Founded in 1990, Suzhou Zhenyu Tools Co., Ltd. is a technology-based company focusing on the design and production of key tool components in the power tool industry. In 2010, Zhenyu Tools took the lead in the industry to embark on the road of automation upgrading and transformation, and cultivated a technical team of 40 people specializing in the research and development of industrial automation solutions. In recent years, with outstanding achievements, a large number of professional automation equipment has emerged, realizing the processing automation of loading and unloading, stamping, heat treatment and welding processes, optimizing the process flow, improving quality and efficiency, and constantly innovating itself to move towards the direction of the future factory.
In 2019, in order to ensure the stability of the supply chain and reduce the impact of tariff barriers, Zhenyu Tools successfully realized the "China +1" strategic layout, established a production base and put into production in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and saved tens of millions of dollars in tariffs for customers in 2020.
Based on years of talent, technology and customer accumulation and objective strong market demand, the company invested 200 million yuan to build a new factory in 2021. The new factory is equipped with the most advanced professional automated production equipment, uses a large number of laser cutting technology to replace traditional stamping, adds a number of surface treatment and heat treatment processes, improves and optimizes the whole process production process of products, and plans independent production areas for top brand customers, which will bring more than 3 times the capacity growth of Zhenyu Tools. Under the guidance of the industry and information technology department, Zhenyu Tools continues to carry out the construction of provincial demonstration workshops for automatic information upgrade, realize the connection between MES system and ERP system, make management more real-time and transparent, and provide customers with more efficient product delivery and service guarantee.
