Nós fazemos as várias peças de borracha. Desde 1990, nós temos feito anéis-O. Na fase inicial, nós fazemos nossas peças das borrachas para nossa produção de selos mecânicos. Como nosso negócio cresceu, nós começados a fazer as peças de borracha especiais para cumprir a exigência dos clientes. Nós trabalhamos com companhias da válvula e da bomba para desenvolver as peças de borracha novas para elas. Nós fazemos os moldes e as amostras baseadas em nosso conhecimento e testam-nos na produção.
A borracha é um artigo técnico e é muito importante selecionar o material correto para sua aplicação. 1, Braided packing. We have our own facility to make from the raw material to the final products. We expand the graphite, we spin the yarn and we braid the packing. Material of the packing include graphite, PTFE, Aramid fiber, carbon fiber, synthetic fiber, ramie fiber, glass fiber, ceramic fiber, etc.
2, Gaskets. We make Spiral Wound Gaskets, Kammprofile Gaskets, Metal Jacketed Gaskets, Reinforced Expanded Graphite Gaskets, Corrugated Metal Gaskets with Graphite or PTFE sealing layers. Ring Type Joint (RTJ) R, RX, BX Series made from Soft Iron, Low Carbon Steel, SS304, SS316.
3, Mechanical seals. We adopt the latest technology from Europe and North America. We are able to design new mechanical seals. Our mechanical seals are sold to pump manufacturers and aftermarket service.
4, Special items made of materials including rubber, plastics, fiberglass, ceramic fiber, PTFE, silicone carbide and tungsten carbide. Sealing technology is a based on advanced materials. We have never stopped the probe into such materials.
