Concrete Adhesive Accelerator Chemical Admixture
Basic Description
TZ- FSA is a high efficiency low alkali accelerator. It is an admixture to speed the setting time and thus cure time starts earlier, for the use in concrete, mortar, rendering or screeds. The benefits of this product are Speed setting time, Enhanced concrete adhesive, No loss of long-term strength, No chloride and low alkali. The dosage of TZ-FSA is 6 to 9% according to the weight of cement.

TZ-FSA early strength agent is available in 200L drum or 1000L IBC tank.
How To Use
1. When TZ-FSA is used in concrete, it is recommended to use less 10% water to mix the concrete, and use the reductive water to dilute the TZ-FSA.
2. Add the SG-FSA in the spray nozzle.
3. It is recommended to increase the dosage when the cement has stored long time or bad construction conditions.
4. TZ-FSA could be used together with high range water reducer to get better performance.
Storage and Shelf Life
Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
Do not place this SG-FSA with alkali materials. Store in dry and cool warehouse conditions between 5 to 40 ºC (41 to 104 ºF)
Shelf life when stored properly in undamaged, unopened and original sealed packaging in storage conditions is 6 months.
