1. Components and Function

Hydraulic Decoiler	Usage:It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turnable way. The steel coil is uncoiled automatically. Loading capacity:5T Inner diameter: 450-508mm
Guiding Device with Pre cutter	Adopt guiding bar and sliding wheels to control the width and position of the steel sheet. Easy to adjust the wheels to get the raw material feeding into the machine. Pre-cutter used to cut sheet before roll forming , saving material .
Roll Forming System	Material of rollers:45# steel,roller surfaces polishing, hard plating , The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped. Using solid rollers and spacers to assemble the machine.
Cutting device	A. Adopts post cutting, the cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment, after cutting, there is no material wasted. B. Adopts pillar type for good rigidity. C. The cutting action is drove by the power from hydraulic station which guarantees the procession of the cutting and low noisy, long life.
Hydraulic System	It is controlled by gear wheel oil pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank ,the pump drive the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.
PLC Control System	The target piece`s length is adjustable and digit of it can be adjusted. Computed mode has two modes: automatic and manual one. The system is easy to operate and use PLC:Delta
Run out table	To receive the finished products.
