High-density polyethylene is an opaque white laxy material, lighter than water, specific gravity of 0.941~0.960, soft and ductile, but slightly harder than LDPE, also slightly able to stretch, non-toxic, tasteless.

APPLICATION

 

High density polyethylene resin can be injected, extrusion, blow molding and rotary molding methods to form plastic products. Various types of containers, industrial accessories, medical supplies, toys, shells, stoppers and shields can be formed by injection molding. Various hollow containers and ultra-thin films can be formed by blow molding. Using extrusion molding molding pipe, stretch strip, binding tape, monofilament, wire and cable sheath.
In addition, it can also form decorative panels, blinds, synthetic wood, synthetic paper, synthetic film and formed calcium-plastic products

 

ADVANTAGE

1. Wear resistance and impact resistance. The wear resistance of high-density polyethylene is very excellent, leading in plastics, better than nylon 66, and even several times more than carbon steel. The impact resistance of HDPE is also very strong, especially at low temperatures, it can maintain high toughness and is not easy to break.
