Baogang is a manufacturer specializing in candy bar production line for more than a decade. More than 300 setsof candy bar production lines have been installed for our clients. Through our innovative technology and years of expertise, we can help make your candy bar line (such as nougat, cereals, toffee, soft or hard candy etc. ) a success.
With the development of new technology in recent years, our new candy bar production line has realized full-process automation and modularization which has improved the production efficiency and reduced the production costfor our clients as well.
The most significant improvement of our new candy bar production line is that ingredients are put into an insulatedcontainer after mixing and no external cooling and no extra pressure are needed during the process of forming single or multiple layer bars in the candy bar line which leaves the product weight and structure unchanged.
What′s more, we have developed special slitting and cutting system, dividing and transporting system for our candy bar line. Together with the double servo reciprocating cutting machine (with mechanical or ultrasonic knife), different requirements of making various candy bars nowadays can be well achieved.
