Donghai Mould specializes in producing moulds for glass containers and tablewares, such as bear, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics bottles and lamp, tableware etc. The moulds are made from the highest quality raw material castings, including 96A Cast Iron, Silicon Bronze, Nickel and Tungsten Carbide for press & blow plungers.
There is over 120 professional employees in Donghai Mould, and more than half of them have over 5 years experience in glass mould manufacture, with more 100 sets of equipments, including 25 sets CNC machines, the annual capacity is over 5000 sets moulds per month.
Foundry workshop with two 500KGS electrical furnaces in Donghai Mould produce 450 tons casting iron per month, supply casting iron to many glass mould plants in Shajiabang town as well.
