Hebei Cangzhou Hengtong Fittings Manufacture Co., Ltd., is engaged at the manufacturing of fittings. Our company have advanced equipments to inspect all the fittings, we have professional technical force, which including forty five professional engineers, and sixty eight technicians. We have been gained the certificates of <Manufacture License of Special Equipment People′s Republic of China> and <China Classification Society Certificate of Works Approval>. Meanwhile, our company set up a scientific and perfect quality management system according to ISO and API SPECQ1, and got the certificates of ISO and API.
The range of the products including: Elbow, tee, cross, reducer, flange, soketlot, cap and etc high, middle, and low pressure pipelines. The materials of the fitting including: Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and X steels. Our products are used for petroleum, gas, chemical, power, metal, medicine, ship and building industries, and our products exported to Sudan, Pakistan, Iran, Syria and Indonesia and so on.
We begin to develop the X series fittings on 5th, March, 2002, and the fittings are used for transferring oil and gas in China. Especially on the year of 2005, the big size fittings with the material of X grade steel used for the Gas Transferring From West to East Gas Transferring Project, West Crude Oil and finished Oil project, LAN-Zheng long Distance Pipeline Project, Gas Transferring From Sichuan to East of China Project, Yong-Tang-Qin Pipeline Project and Chang Meng Pipeline Project. We have great achievements for the bend and fittings and get good honors from our customer in the big projects from the good quality and after service, like Hainan Refinery Oil, Qingdao Refinery Oil, Fujian Refinery Oil and etc.
With the elevation of the technical level and equipment level, now the company consolidated production capacity of pipe fittings for 48, 000 tons, the annual supply capacity up to 2.45-2.5 million tons, contract compliance rate was 100%, sales revenue increased year after year, in 2008 Sales revenue reached 480 million Yuan. Advanced equipment, leading technology R & D level for the company has injected vitality and stamina.
