Uma composição refratária do millboard do não-asbesto útil para a manufatura do lehr e do vidro que moderam rolos e útil em temperaturas acima de aproximadamente 650. Grau. C. Compreende em uma base do peso seco a fibra cerâmica de alguns por cento, a fibra orgânica de alguns por cento, o sepiolite de alguns por cento e a liga inorgânica somepercent.
Esta composição é particular útil na manufatura de uma folha do millboard do não-asbesto que seja dada forma preparando uma pasta aquosa dos componentes desta composição, adicionando o floculante e desenvolvendo a composição floculada no formulário da folha coloc a pasta em um cilindro selecionado de giro para efetuar a formação e secando, transferindo a pasta secada e dada forma a um feltro sintético e então a um rolo do acumulador, onde as camadas da pasta sejam acumuladas em cima de uma outra a uma espessura desejada. As camadas acumuladas então são cortadas, removidas e dadas forma em folhas lisas de dimensões desejadas para o uso subseqüente.
