Sinpo TPT is compounded of three layers materials, with thickness, from 200um to 350um, according to different thickness, TPT can meet the requirements of all system voltage(Max system voltage≥ 1200V), the solar modules who use Sinpo back sheet also have passed the TUV test.
Reliable Weatherability
TPT is compounded of two-layer high-quality fluorine resin, and a layer high mechanical strength polyester(PET). The FEVE of SINPO TPT is high-quality fluorine resin, which is imported from AGC in Japan. Proved by nearly 100 thousands practical engineer applications, which has completely met the demands of solar modules with 25 years working life.
Excellent Scratch Resistance
The production of TPT is different from traditional physical way which is compounded of multi-layer film by adhesives. It directly uses the high-quality fluorine resin by cross-linkage reaction under high temperature and then film the fluorine resin on the surface of PET, whose membance process is a kind of chemical reaction after membance process. The three-layer materials will be integrate material without gaps. Though cross-linkage reaction. The molecular structure of FEVE fluorine resin is a network the scratch resistance of TPT is better than TPT material who use three-layer films compounded by adhesives. It makes solar modules are applicable to desert, wind and dusty areas, and stand severe environment without damage for long time.
Efficient Corrosion & Humidity Resistance
SINPO TPT adopts the coating structure by fluorine material, which is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, chemicals anti-corrosion and prevent the erosion of acid rain. Meanwhile, the structure of coating surface is compact, which can prevent the permeation of water apour and other harmful gas, with the exellent corrosion & humidity resistance. Ever if in the coastal and humid areas, it also can ensure the solar modules working for long time.
Hign Reflectivty & Colors Selectvity
The F4F3 fluorine resin choosed by Sinpo TPT is with higher transparence, whose molecular structure places in alternate rules and the pigment dispersity and basic adhesivity are much better. It can be made into white TPT film, whose reflectivity is 95%, at the same time, here are nanoscale multihole aerosil materials in the surface of this structure to enhance the heat dispersion of film surface, and reduce the operation temperature of solar modules to raise their conversion rates. The TPT back sheet can be made of different colors of transparence to satisfy customer different requests.

Currently, the Sinpo TPT production line with annual capacity of 5 million square meters has been put into operation. The product's thickness and specification is completed, whose maximum breath is up to 1200mm and can be divided and cut into different breadth, meanwhile, we can offer sliced or other personalized services according to customer requests.
